Welcome to the 7th Asian Pacific Phycological Forum, which will be held in Wuhan on September 20 to 24. Here we would like to encourage you to participate in this once-in-four-year event. Deadline of registration and abstract submission: July, 15th, 2014.
Here is some significant information for you.
1. Registration Registration Fees:
The full registration fee covers conference materials, attendance on the sessions of the conference, participation in the welcome party, and lunches and coffee breaks during the conference.
Please Note: Accompanying person must be family member of the conference participant. For student, a student ID card is required. Cancellation Policy:
Request for Cancellation will be subjected to the following conditions: • Request on or before August 31st , 2014: You will receive all amounts paid to APPF minus a $100 or RMB 800 handling fee. • No refund after August31, 2014 will be allowed. • Payment for refund will be made2-4 weeks after the conference. When you register, please indicate a preferred type of participant: oral presentation, poster presentation, both or simply attend the conference without giving presentation. All registrations submitted online will be processed and credit cards charged immediately.

2. Abstracts Deadline of abstract submission: July, 15th, 2014,
Abstracts should contain only new and unpublished materials, and should only be submitted if at least one author will attend the meeting. Abstracts should not exceed 2,500 characters (or one page). The title, authors, affiliations, main body of abstract and spaces are included in the character count.

Step 1. Please complete the Registration Procedure
Step 2. Enter the Abstract Presentation Information: A. title B. keywords (up to six keywords) C. Author’s information D. Select a scientific topic Topic 1: Algal biomass and biofuels Topic 2: Algal taxonomy and phylogeny Topic 3: Environmental biology of algae Topic 4: Applied algal biology Topic 5: Algal physiology & cell biology Topic 6: Algal Ecology
Step3. Select contribution Oral presentation Poster presentation Both Simply Attend
Please note that the poster presentation board is 90cm(length) ×160cm（height). Thus, a prepared poster of 80cm (length) ×120cm(height) will be appropriate.
